	This week's Report covers the time period from midnight Thursday
	morning, February 8, Universal Time (ie. GMT), to midnight 
	Wednesday night, February 14, Universal Time.  In local time, the 
	period of coverage is from 4 p.m., February 7 to 4 p.m., 
	February 14, Pacific Standard Time.  We detected and processed 
	462 earthquakes during the 7-day period covered.
		There were two quakes above M3 this week and two quakes
	felt; they were the same ones.  The first was a Landers after-
	shock (of the Mw7.3 June 28, 1992 mainshock), ML3.6, located
	north of Yucca Valley, early Friday morning.  It had the
	strike-slip focal mechanism that we have come to expect from
	Landers aftershocks in that area.  The other felt quake was very 
	early on Monday morning, M3.0, located in the San Gabriel 
	Mountains north of Upland.  It occurred well to the north of
	the aftershock zone of the (June 28, 1991 ML5.8) Upland quake.
		The table lists the quakes this week that were M2.0 or 
	larger in the central part of the coverage area.  Times are local 
	times; if you want Greenwich Mean Time, add 7 hrs to the Pacific 
	Daylight Time or 8 hrs to the Pacific Standard Time listed.
